How do I pay for my session?
We use the Simple Practice electronic medical records system. This ensures your privacy and supports credit card payments from most credit card companies. You will upload your payment information along with your intake documents on the Simple Practice website. We will never have access to your financial information, because Simple Practice uses a third party to collect payments. Keeping your information safe is a priority for us.
Do you accept Insurance?
At 505 Family Therapy we believe that your treatment information should be kept between you and your provider. We don’t like to involve insurance, but we understand that you may need insurance to cover costs of treatment. We are working with Mentaya to support you in the reimbursement process. Use this link to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services as an Out of Network (OON) provider.

How often will we meet?
When you start therapy you will get to know your provider. If you choose to move forward and schedule future sessions you can discuss with your provider what plan will work best for you. At 505 Family Therapy we like to collaborate and ensure that your needs are met as we provide your therapy services.
